Viktoriya has an art school from Latvia, bachelor degree in business and economics from St.Petersburg Russia, and kitchen and bath design degree from SW Florida college. 

In 2009 Viktoriya founded From Dreams to Reality and never been happier! Steady amount of referrals allowed us not to use any advertising agencies and expand services and offered products.
